Deliveries and Returns

Delivery Charges: Postage and packaging to any address in Mainland UK is free.  If you would like a delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland or any other overseas destination then please contact the Shaken Udder Team directly before you place an order. Delivery Dispatch:We deliver on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday only. You will be asked to confirm your preferred delivery date during the checkout process on the online shop.  Our chilled milkshakes need to be refrigerated upon delivery so please ensure someone is available to take delivery to avoid missing your order. Order Confirmation:Once you have placed an order and payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email from webmaster@mvtest8.storeto confirm Late Delivery:We dispatch your items with a dedicated courier.

As our chilled items are perishable please notify our team if they arrive late or on a different date to that agreed and do not consume the goods. Unfulfilled Orders: It is possible from time to time that we may be unable to fulfil some orders for delivery on the requested date. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will let you know as quickly as possible and will offer an alternative product(s), delivery date or cancellation at your discretion. In the event of us having to cancel we will make a refund of any monies paid. Order Cancellation:You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.  Please do so by emailing info@mvtest8.storeor call 01621 868710.  

Cancellations made after this point will not be accepted. Force Majeure: Shaken Udder will make every reasonable effort to meet the dispatch date offered, but will not be liable for any loss or damage that arise due to delays of failure to dispatch items resulting from any cause beyond it’s reasonable control, such as but not limited to; acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial actions, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, embargoes, wars, riots, failure or delays in transportation, compliance with laws or regulations, securing necessary export licenses or other causes beyond the control of Shaken Udder.

Returns: Due to the perishable nature of the products we are unable to accept returns.
